Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

At present, all guests aged 18 and above must complete all doses (including 2nd dose) of their Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before their sailing date and provide an official proof of vaccination during check-in at the cruise terminal.

As per the latest update of the local Hong Kong authorities, children 12-17 years old who have received one dose of Fosun Pharma / BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine) at least 14 days ago are deemed to have completed to have complied with the requirement of completing the COVID-19 vaccination course and are eligible to cruise with official proof of vaccination.


From 15 October 2021 onwards
Children aged 12-17 years old MUST WAIT 14 days after receiving one dose of COVID-19 vaccination before joining the cruise.

Sailings departing on or after February 9, 2022:
Passengers between the ages of 12 and 17 must ensure that they have completed two doses of Coxing's new coronavirus disease vaccine 14 days before sailing or must receive one dose of BioNTech's new coronavirus disease vaccine.

The vaccination record should be in English or Chinese issued by a healthcare institution or a relevant authority of the government of the place where the vaccine was administered, bearing the name of the guest identical to that in his/her valid travel document to show that: 1. the relevant vaccinated guest received dose(s) of vaccine against COVID-19 and the date(s) on which the dose(s) was/were administered; and 2. the name of the COVID-19 vaccine administered Guests may opt to get the PCR COVID-19 test with results within 24-hours at the self-paid Community Testing Centre. Guests who have health conditions that prevent them from taking the vaccine must present the original hard copy of doctor's note as medical proof. Remark: please email the medical proof with your booking ID to [email protected] 14 days prior to sail which should be reviewed by Royal Caribbean Medical Team. - If the certificate is not approved in the end, the guest can cancel the booking and get a full refund. - If the certificate is approved, guests need to fill in the letter provided by Royal Caribbean and bring it with them on the day of boarding for verification. All passengers have to undergo a COVID-19 PCR nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to boarding and obtain a negative result Guests can download their test result & vaccination to "LeaveHomeSafe" or "iAM Smart" app. Please click here for more details. Cruise bookings are available to Hong Kong residents: - Hong Kong Permanent Resident with age 11 & above must bring along their HK Permanent Identity Card. - Hong Kong Permanent Resident with age below 11 must bring along their HKSAR Re-entry Permit OR Passport. - Hong Kong Resident (Non-Permanent) must bring along their HK Identity Card Identity Card + Passport + Multiple journeys to Hong Kong resident visa.
